· Identify and resolve key challenges in engineering projects, requiring critical decision making skills to maintain integrity.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or team members to enhance overall team performance.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation in mechanical engineering processes to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.
· Engage in technical discussions with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring that engineering solutions meet their requirements.
