We are a growing Pan-India restaurant chain specialising in Italian cuisine and gourmet Current York-style pizzas, and we've recently opened our outlet in Mohali.

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and experienced Senior Steward who enjoys hospitality, interacting with guests and being part of a positive team.

Our Mohali outlet offers a professional, supportive and fun working environment where good service is appreciated and team members have opportunities to learn and grow.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience.

- Take accurate food & beverage orders and handle POS/KOT punching correctly.

- Follow proper F&B; sequence of service, from seating and order taking through billing and farewell.

- Develop strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, pizzas, Italian dishes, accompaniments and current offers.

- Recommend dishes confidently and assist with upselling and suggestive selling.

- Coordinate with the Captain, kitchen and fellow service team members to ensure orders reach tables correctly and on time.

- Handle guest requests and basic concerns politely, involving the Captain/Manager whenever required.

- Complete mise-en-place,



table setup, clearing and resetting of tables and maintain service stations.

- Follow restaurant standards for grooming, hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.

- Assist and guide junior stewards during busy service periods.

- Support opening and closing duties and help keep the restaurant floor organised and guest-ready.

We'd Love to Meet You If You Have

- Previous experience as a Senior Steward / Steward / F&B; Service Associate in a restaurant, café, hotel or established F&B; brand.

- Good knowledge of table service and basic F&B; operations.

- Familiarity with POS/KOT systems is preferred.

- Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-first attitude.

- A well-groomed and presentable personality.

- The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

- Most importantly, a positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality and teamwork.
