The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in digital or social media marketing, with practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and online property promotion.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

? Create and publish property advertisements, reels, banners, creatives, and other marketing content.

? Promote residential and commercial properties through digital marketing channels.





? Generate buyer and tenant leads through digital campaigns and online promotions.

? Manage and update property listings on portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing, and other relevant platforms.

? Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.

? Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, and advertising results.

? Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups, campaign updates, and customer requirements.

? Maintain an updated database of digital leads and prepare regular marketing reports.

? Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and online visibility.

? Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant marketing ideas.

? Strengthen the company's real estate brand presence across digital platforms.

? Work toward assigned lead-generation, campaign, and marketing performance targets.

? Requirements:

? Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and MS Office.

?️ Good communication and coordination skills.

? Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

? Prior experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, as per experience & skill

? Incentive: ₹25,000+ based on performance
