Position Team Leader – Sales

Experience -Minimum 1 year of relevant Sales/Team Handling experience

Key Responsibilities-:

- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure targets are achieved within timelines.

- Track team attendance, productivity, appointments, and business performance.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback.

- Ensure proper reporting and timely submission of daily EOD reports.

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.

- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

- Coordinate with the Floor Head/Management regarding team performance and requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.





- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

- Goal-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Candidate
