About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, knows their way around cars and is comfortable working on the ground.

Your main job will be to generate leads, speak to potential customers, coordinate and conduct test drives, and convert interested customers into buyers.

This is a highly field-oriented role — you will spend significant time meeting customers, visiting locations, checking cars and getting things done on the ground.

- What You Will DoFind and engage potential used-car buyers in your assigned area
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Truwo
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences
- Coordinate and conduct test drives
- Meet customers in person and explain Truwo's offering
- Help customers understand the key features and condition of the cars
- Perform basic car inspection/checks and identify obvious issues
- Follow up with customers after test drives and move them towards purchase
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information
- Work closely with the Truwo team to coordinate cars, test drives and customer requirements
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, automotive sales, real estate, BFSI, or similar roles




- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome
- Good knowledge of cars — variants, features, engines, basic mechanical components, etc.
- Understanding of basic used-car inspection is preferred
- If you don't know car inspection yet, you should be genuinely interested and willing to learn
- Comfortable travelling around Bangalore for customer meetings and test drives
- Good communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi
- High energy and willingness to work on the field
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Passion for cars is a big plus
