- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Handle confidential documents, follow-ups, and significant communications.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
