- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end handling of Real Estate Finance Proposals – Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting, Project Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis:

- Build, review, and interpret detailed cashflow models
- Conduct stress testing and covenant analysis
- Evaluate collateral adequacy, project viability & repayment capability
- Preparation of comprehensive Credit Appraisal Notes, IMs, Due Diligence Reports & TEV inputs
- Coordination with clients, lenders (Banks/NBFCs/AIFs), legal, technical & other third-party agencies during the underwriting and sanction process
- Support negotiation of deal structures aligned with borrower needs and lender requirements
- Track disbursements, project progress, compliance conditions & post-sanction monitoring
- Maintain robust industry insights on real estate market trends, developer performance & regulatory updates
- Ensure documentation, data security & compliance in all transactions
