We are looking for an IT Hardware Engineer who can handle computer and laptop hardware-related work, both in the office and at customer locations.
- ResponsibilitiesAssemble and configure desktop computers and custom PCs.
- Install Windows/Operating Systems, drivers, and required basic software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Check laptop motherboard/board-level hardware issues and identify faults.
- Troubleshoot RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, Motherboard, Processor, and other computer components.
- Diagnose and repair systems that are not booting or not working properly.
- Perform hardware upgrades and component replacement when required.
- Visit customer locations for onsite computer/laptop support and troubleshooting.
- Handle new computer installation,
setup, testing, and configuration.
- Provide proper technical support and ensure systems are working correctly after service.
- RequirementsGood practical knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware.
- Knowledge of computer assembling, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of laptop motherboard/board-level checking.
- Ability to identify hardware faults independently.
- Comfortable with office work as well as customer site visits.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn recent technical skills.
