We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, valuable computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports when required.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.




- Escalate complex issues to the concerned senior or department.
