Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DTP Operator to handle desktop publishing, documentation, data entry, and general back-office work. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office, English typing, letter drafting, document formatting, and file management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and format documents, reports, presentations, letters, forms, and other official records.
- Work with MS Word, Excel, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Handle English typing, letter drafting, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Maintain physical and digital files, records, templates, and folders systematically.
- Handle printing, scanning, PDF conversion, and general office documentation.
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and suppliers as required.
- Assist with procurement documentation, material records, and route-related information where required.
- Perform other duties related to the job profile as assigned by management.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline or Diploma/Certificate in DTP, IT, Computer Applications,



or Office Administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good English typing speed, preferably 35–40 WPM or above.
- Good written and spoken English with strong letter-drafting skills.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign, or other DTP software is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, organisational, and record-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
