Job Description

1. Graphic Designing

Create attractive and engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, posters, brochures, advertisements, menus, and promotional materials.

Develop creatives for festivals, offers, product launches, campaigns, and special events.

Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Resize and adapt creatives according to different platform requirements.

2. Video Editing

Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and product videos.

Create engaging videos with transitions, animations, text, music, sound effects, and subtitles.

Edit raw footage provided by the marketing team.

Create videos optimized for social media engagement and advertising.

Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos.

3. AI Video & Creative Content

Use AI tools to create innovative images, videos, animations, voiceovers, and visual effects.

Explore and implement recent AI tools to improve creative output and production speed.

Create AI-generated product visuals, backgrounds, characters, scenes, and promotional videos where appropriate.

Use AI for video enhancement, background removal, image generation, voice generation, captions, and other creative requirements.

Experiment with new AI trends and formats suitable for social media marketing.

4. Social Media Content





Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop creative content according to the monthly content calendar.

Create multiple creative variations for advertisements and campaigns.

Develop engaging content based on current social media trends.

Ensure designs and videos are visually appealing and aligned with the target audience.

5. Branding & Campaign Support

Follow the company's brand guidelines, including colours, fonts, logos, and visual identity.

Support marketing campaigns with required graphics and videos.

Create creatives for product launches, discounts, offers, festivals, events, and franchise promotions.

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for creative requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Graphic Design

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Canva

CorelDRAW or similar tools

Video Editing

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar software

AI Tools

Experience with AI creative tools such as:

AI image-generation tools

AI video-generation tools

AI voiceover and audio tools

AI-powered video editing tools

AI background removal and enhancement tools

AI caption/subtitle generation tools

Experience in Food & Beverage, QSR, Restaurant, Retail, Franchise, or FMCG marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience creating food/product photography and promotional videos will also be preferred.
