Job Responsibilities : Senior Travel Consultant

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Assist clients with domestic and international flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, and travel insurance bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred).
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel booking processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
