Work From Home (WFH) Job Description & Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

* Personal Laptop/Desktop is *mandatory*.

* A stable *Broadband Internet Connection* is mandatory.

Selection Process

Step 1: Demo Training

* Demo Training Duration: *12 Days*

* Training Timings: *10:00 AM to 6:30 PM*

* During the training period, the process will be *Outbound Calling*.

* Training is *unpaid*.

* *Sunday will be an off day only during the training period.*

* *No leave or half-day* is permitted during the training period.

Step 2: Demo Calling & Certification

* Candidates must complete *9 Demo Calling Days* for certification.

* A minimum of *150 Calls per Day* is mandatory.

* If a candidate completes only *130–140 calls, that day **will not be counted* towards the 9 mandatory certification days.

* Certification will be granted only after successfully completing all mandatory demo calling requirements.

After Certification





* The process will be changed from *Outbound* to *Inbound Calling*.

* Salary will commence *only after successful certification*.

* Weekly Off will be on a *Rotational Basis* (Sunday is not fixed as an off day).

* Shift timings may be any one of the following, depending upon company requirements:

* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* No leave or half-day is allowed immediately after certification as per company requirements.

Salary Structure

* *1st Month:* ₹12,000/- (Based entirely on the Quality Score audited by the Company.)

* *2nd Month:* ₹13,000/-

* *3rd Month onwards:* ₹15,000/-

*Salary Credit Date:* Between *10th and 15th* of every month.

Significant Note

Salary and continuation in the process are completely based on the *Quality Audit Score* evaluated by the company.
