Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Specialist with a strong background in

Banking, NBFC, or BFSI loan sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience in field sales, client acquisition, and selling secured or unsecured loan

products. This role requires frequent customer meetings, business development, and

relationship management to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business through field sales and lead generation activities.
- Visit SMEs, traders, business owners, and individual customers to identify financing needs.
- Promote and sell Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital Finance, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and other lending products.
- Build and maintain referral networks with Chartered Accountants, Builders, Real Estate Consultants, Auto Dealers, and other channel partners.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead conversion, and loan disbursement targets.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 12 years of experience in Field Sales within Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience in selling Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, or SME Loans.
- Strong network-building and customer acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field sales.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience with Business Loan, SME Loan, or LAP sales will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from Banks, NBFCs, Loan Distribution Companies (DSAs), or Fintech Lending organizations are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a vehicle and a Driving License.
