1. Recruitment & Staffing

- Handle end-to-end hiring for factory roles (tailors, helpers, supervisors, quality checkers, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled labor

2. Employee Management

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Address worker grievances and ensure smooth communication between management and staff
- Build a positive and disciplined work environment

3. Payroll & Compliance

- Assist in payroll processing and wage calculations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and factory regulations
- Maintain statutory records and documentation

4. Training & Development

- Conduct basic training and orientation for current workers
- Improve worker productivity and efficiency through skill development

5. Factory Coordination

- Work closely with production and operations teams




- Ensure proper manpower planning based on production needs
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/factory setup)
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle blue-collar workforce efficiently
- Preferred SkillsExperience in garment or textile industry
- Familiarity with attendance/payroll software
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
