Role: Packaging, Operations & Quality Supervisor1. Packaging & Production

- Handle day-to-day packaging of oils and other Agrofield products.
- Ensure correct filling, sealing, labeling, batch coding and packing.
- Maintain packaging hygiene and follow SOPs.
- Coordinate daily production and packaging schedules.

2. Quality Control

- Conduct quality checks of incoming raw materials, finished products and packaging materials.
- Check weight, sealing, labeling, batch numbers, appearance and basic quality parameters.
- Maintain batch-wise quality and production records.
- Coordinate with external labs whenever testing is required.
- Ensure products are dispatched only after required quality checks.

3. Plant & Operations Supervision

- Visit and supervise operations at different contract manufacturing/processing plants.
- Ensure production is happening as per Agrofield's specifications and SOPs.
- Monitor production quantities, wastage, downtime and dispatches.
- Coordinate with plant operators and vendors to ensure timely production.
- Identify operational issues and report them to management.

4. Inventory Management





- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Track inward/outward movement and maintain stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate inventory across different manufacturing locations.

Who you're looking forIdeally, someone who is hands-on and willing to work on the shop floor, but also capable of managing people, inventory and multiple manufacturing locations.

Preferred background:

- B.Sc. Agriculture / Food Technology / Dairy Technology / related field — preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, quality or operations.
- Valuable understanding of hygiene, food safety and basic QC.
- Comfortable maintaining Excel/Google Sheets and inventory records.
- Willing to travel to different plants as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
