About the work:

CareerRai is a free daily study-tracking app for CAT/MBA aspirants.

Students make a daily study plan on the app and update what they studied.

Your job is to make sure they actually do it.

What you will do daily:

• Message 80-100 students on WhatsApp - remind them to update their study plan

• Call students who have stopped studying and find out why

• Answer basic questions: "Should I do MBA?", "How to start CAT prep?",

"What does this app do?" - in straightforward Hindi/English

• Note down every conversation in a Google Sheet

• Connect interested students to our IIM-alumni mentors

Who we want:

• Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA)

• Basic knowledge of CAT / MBA / campus placements

(if you have prepared for CAT yourself, that is a big plus)

• Comfortable in Hindi + basic English, both

• Good at WhatsApp typing and phone calls

• Patient - students are 20-24 years old and confused

Working hours: 12 PM - 8 PM

Salary: Rs 10,000 - 15,000 fixed + up to Rs 5,000 incentive

Own laptop + smartphone + WiFi (preferred not mandatory)

This is NOT a hard-selling job. Our app is free.

Your main work is to keep students studying daily.
