- Login of Home Loan & LAP files
- Coordination with customers and banks/NBFCs
- Follow-up for documents and pending requirements
- File tracking and regular status updates
- Coordination with sales team and financial institutions

- Positive communication and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / NBFC preferred
