- Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Review drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, progress, and safety.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Check materials, quantities, and construction methods.
- Manage site resources, manpower, and schedules.
- Identify and resolve site and technical issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers and site staff.
- Support measurements, billing, tendering, and contract-related activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
