We are hiring a Barista + Cook/Chef + All-Rounder for our Cafe/Kiosk, with a genuine interest in both food and coffee. We are looking for someone responsible with valuable ideas, a self-starter, and looking to grow.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job involves prepping food, making coffee and drinks, handling billing, keeping track of stock, and assembling fresh food (all sauces, dips, and breads are made fresh in-house during quiet hours).
- Brew espresso shots, steam milk, and prepare hot/cold coffees, teas, and speciality drinks according to standards. Knows how to operate an espresso machine and has basic knowledge of manual brews.
- Support the kitchen with ingredient handling, food preparation and daily cafe operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstations.
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the POS/cash register, and handle payments.
- Replenish supplies, monitor inventory, restock supplies (beans, dairy, cups), and alert management when stock is low.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
SHIFTS:
Involves both morning and/or night shifts. 9-hour shift with a weekly off.

Khar West (very close to the station)
