Job Title: Field Recruiter – Swiggy Instamart

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Kondhwa, Bavdhan, Kalyani Nagar, Narhe, Pune, Pimpri, PCMC, Baner, Kothrud & Katraj

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Travel Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Recruiters to support hiring for Swiggy Instamart. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating the hiring of Delivery Executives across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field recruitment drives for Delivery Executives.
- Source candidates through local references, field activities, job portals, and walk-ins.
- Screen candidates as per hiring requirements.
- Explain job roles, salary structure, incentives, and company policies.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Complete candidate onboarding and joining formalities.




- Follow up with candidates until they join successfully.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and HR teams for smooth hiring and onboarding.

Eligibility

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Recruitment, Field Sales, Field Collection, Field Marketing, or any Field-Based role.
- Freshers with robust field exposure and good communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic MS Excel and smartphone knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
