We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager with a strong background in jewellery retail to manage showroom operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Handle high-value customers and support the team in customer conversion and relationship management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, display, and security procedures.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, documentation, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive jewellery displays.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Track sales performance, conversion, average ticket size, and other KPIs.




- Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory, staffing, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and jewellery retail standards.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail, preferably with experience as a Showroom Manager/Store Manager.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, retail sales, and customer handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory and showroom operations.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and commercially oriented.
- Ability to handle premium/high-value customers confidently.
