Job DescriptionWe are hiring Event Executives specifically for event operations and on-ground execution only. This role is focused purely on managing live events such as weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Handle on-ground execution of events
- Coordinate with technical team (sound, light, LED, truss)
- Manage event setup and dismantling
- Ensure smooth running of events as per timeline
- Support client requirements during events
- Work closely with internal team and vendors
Requirements
- Positive communication skills
- Willingness to work in events (late nights / flexible hours)
- Ability to handle pressure during live events
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
