Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program (or load pre-set programs), and operate robotic welding equipment
- Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to specs
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with fabrication team on job sequencing
- Report machine faults or downtime promptly
- Follow all safety protocols for welding operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with robotic/automated welding systems
- Understanding of welding parameters for MS structural components
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability
- Steel/PEB fabrication background preferred
