Dear Candidate,

We are hiring Collection Executives for our Bangalore office.

? Job Location: Bangalore, Kudlu Gate

Job Responsibilities:

* Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.

* Negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments.

* Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs).

* Update collection remarks and customer interactions in the system.

* Maintain professional communication and follow company compliance guidelines.

* Achieve monthly collection targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

* Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

* Valuable communication skills in English and any regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam preferred).

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
