We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Counter Salesperson to join our garment retail team. The role involves assisting customers at the sales counter, managing transactions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

- Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting garments.
- Provide product information, fabric details, and styling suggestions.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Manage stock display, folding, and replenishment of garments.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
- Support promotional activities and upsell products when appropriate.
- Keep track of daily sales and report to the store manager.

- Skills & Qualifications





- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, fashion trends, and garment types.
- Ability to handle cash and operate billing systems.
