Qualification :

· Graduate /MBA or any equivalent degree

· Minimum 5 years of experience from O&M; Service Industry

Job Description :

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

· Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other channels.

· Handle recruitment for O&M;, technical, engineering and maintenance positions.

· Good proficiency in job portal platforms.

· Positive communication skills.

Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
