- Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate support.
- Handle data recovery jobs from start to completion.
- Analyze hard disks, SSDs, and other storage devices.
- Diagnose disk-related issues and identify recovery possibilities.
- Perform logical and basic physical data recovery tasks.
- Monitor and update the progress of each recovery job.
- Maintain proper records of customer devices and recovery status.
- Communicate work progress and technical updates to customers.
- Coordinate with the team for complex or advanced recovery cases.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of computers and storage devices.
- Understanding of HDD, SSD, partitions, file systems, and disk-related issues.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn data recovery tools and techniques.
- Experience with data recovery tools will be an advantage.
