We are looking for young, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Technical & Customer Support team. The role involves helping customers get the maximum value from our IT software products, resolving their technical queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and customer support to users through calls, chats, emails, and other support channels.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, product usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on different features and functionalities of our software products.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the product.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal team when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been properly resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions in the support/CRM system.
- Help customers understand how to use the software effectively and get maximum benefit from its features.
- Coordinate with the development, implementation, and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Collect customer feedback and share valuable suggestions with the product and technical teams.
- Maintain a qualified, positive, and customer-friendly approach at all times.





Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a technical background will be preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, IT Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and technical aptitude are also welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and internet applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions in simple language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn new software products and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with any B2B/B2C software or SaaS product.
- Basic knowledge of databases, networking, or software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries and prioritize tasks effectively.
