We are a Mexican Quick Food Restaurant. We are looking for a Hands On restaurant manager who works as a team member as well in addition to be a manager. Here are the expectation from the manager:
- Manage inventory
- Create strategy for upsell and cross selling
- Overall team management, duty roaster etc.
- Vendor Management
- Assemble orders such as Burrito and Rice bowls from Ban Marie as a team member
