Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Director's/Management's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations.
- Maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.




- Arrange travel, meetings, and other official events when required.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and share action points.
- Assist management in decision-making by providing accurate information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- EligibilityGraduate or MBA (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Admin Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent English & Hindi communication.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Smart, professional, and presentable personality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
