The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, digital campaigns, analytics, and the latest AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, image/video generation, and productivity.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Develop engaging content, captions, reels, videos, graphics, and other creative assets.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging platforms.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, website traffic, and customer leads.
- Coordinate with the creative, sales, HR, and management teams for marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Manage influencer/creator collaborations and promotional campaigns where required.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and maintain the company’s digital image.

AI Tools & Technology SkillsThe candidate should have practical knowledge of AI-powered marketing and content creation tools, including:

- AI tools for content writing, captions, blogs, and campaign ideas.
- AI image-generation and graphic-design tools.
- AI video-generation and video-editing tools.
- AI tools for social media content planning and automation.




- AI-based analytics and audience insights.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, CapCut AI or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to identify and adopt new AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content quality.
