Telecalling ExecutivePosition Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with customers and contributing to organizational growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Explain services and offers clearly to prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure conversions and satisfaction.
- Address queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male & Female candidates are welcome.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Education: PUC/12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Languages:
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge required.
- Attitude: Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
