Job DescriptionWe are hiring International Voice Process Executives for our Bangalore team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, good customer-handling skills, and the flexibility to work in international/night shifts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication throughout every interaction.
- Resolve customer concerns with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.




- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a professional approach while handling difficult or escalated customers.
- Candidate RequirementsExcellent English communication skills with good fluency and pronunciation.
- 1–5 years of experience in International BPO / International Voice / Customer Support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered, depending on the process.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US/UK or rotational international shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
