Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and leading and managing a team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive sales of Home Loan and LAP products through various channels.
- Generate current business through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Guide the team in lead generation, customer handling, documentation, and loan processing.
- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews,



and sales planning.
- Ensure proper coordination with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans, LAP, Housing Finance, Banking, or NBFCs.
- Prior experience in team handling/team leadership is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple sales activities.
- Candidates with an existing network of DSAs, builders, brokers, and channel partners will be preferred.
