- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Client: Axis Bank (Third Party Payroll)
- Location: 4th Floor, I-Think by Lodha, Near Xperia Mall, Palava, Dombivali
- Shift: Rotational 9-hour shift (Within a 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM window)
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational off per week
? Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer incoming queries from bank customers regarding their accounts.
- Service Excellence: Provide high-quality service and clear info about various bank products.
- Cross-Selling: Suggest relevant financial products and services based on customer eligibility.
- Issue Resolution:
Solve customer issues quickly while maintaining a professional attitude.

- Education: Any graduate (Candidates with Science, Engineering, or IT backgrounds are not eligible).
