We are looking for a driven and energetic Loan Sales Executive And Team Leader to join our growing finance consultancy team. If you have a knack for sales and a strong understanding of credit products, we want you to help us connect clients with the best financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive outbound sales and source recent client leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan products (including flexi-loans and balance transfers).
- Guide clients through the application and documentation process to ensure smooth loan disbursements.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, specifically within banking, financial services, or loan distribution.
- Strong knowledge of business loans, personal loans, and credit card sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
