We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online jewelry category business . You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience that reflects the luxury and craftsmanship of our jewelry collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the upload and maintenance of product listings, descriptions, prices, and images across e-commerce platforms (ebay, etsy, amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product representation and storytelling.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability online.
- Work closely with digital marketing to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyze online sales performance and customer behavior to optimize product presentation, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed for product titles, descriptions,



and metadata to drive organic traffic.
- Handle customer queries related to online orders, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the jewelry e-commerce sector.
- Support the implementation of CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and personalized shopping experiences online.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Solid understanding of online retail platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplaces like Amazon, Farfetch, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Passion for jewelry and luxury products is a plus.
