Home Loan / Mortgage Loan / LAP Sales Executive

? Key Responsibilities:

- Home Loan, Mortgage Loan (LAP), aur Housing Finance products ki sales.
- Leads generate through field work, references, and open market sourcing
- Customers loan products explain and eligibility assess.
- Documentation collection & login till disbursement process.
- Builders, brokers, DSAs aur channel partners.
- Monthly sales targets achieve.
- Market visits and customer meetings conduct.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

? Qualification:

- 12th Pass: Strong field sales experience required (minimum 0–3 years in loan sales preferred)
- Graduate: Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales

? Experience:





- Home Loan Sales / Mortgage Loan Sales / LAP Sales / Housing Finance Sales
- Banking / NBFC / DSA background preferred

? Skills Required:

- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Field sales mindset
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of loan processes and documentation
- Relationship management skills

? Preferred Candidate:

- Local candidates from VADODARA / AHMEDABAD / nearby areas
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Candidates having DSA / Open Market sourcing experience
