Role: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

The candidate must ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in monthly,



quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
- Experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Good communication and organizational skills
