We are looking for a TPA & Insurance Empanelment Executive with experience in hospital insurance and cashless operations.

- Handle new TPA & Insurance Company empanelment for the hospital.
- Coordinate with TPA, Insurance Companies and healthcare networks for new tie-ups.
- Complete empanelment applications, documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate for hospital verification/inspection and agreements.
- Maintain TPA/Insurance tariff, package rates and contracts.
- Handle cashless pre-authorization and approvals.
- Coordinate claim submission, queries, deductions and rejected claims.
- Follow up with TPA/Insurance companies for pending payments.
- Maintain records of active, pending and upcoming empanelments.
- Develop new Corporate & Insurance tie-ups for the hospital.




- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Department.
- Practical experience of hospital empanelment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cashless claims, pre-auth and insurance documentation.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Existing contacts with TPA/Insurance companies will be an advantage.
