We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire customers, build channel relationships, and drive business for Kuvik Loans.

? Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.

Meet customers and explain loan and financial products.

Build relationships with DSAs, connectors, channel partners, and customers.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Follow up on leads and convert them into business.

Coordinate with Sales, Credit & Operations teams for smooth processing.

Maintain daily activity reports, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

Conduct local marketing and promotional activities.





Ensure ethical selling and compliance with company policies.

✅ Requirements

Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable with field visits and local travel.

Basic smartphone/CRM knowledge.

Freshers with a strong sales attitude are welcome.
