Team Leader – domestic process BPO.

Requirements:

* Manage and monitor a team of customer support executives.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.

* Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.

* Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.

* Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Qualification - graduate

Salary: 23K CTC

Shift Timing: - 9:00am-6:00pm (1-hour break)

Week off: - Rotational

National Holidays

Experience: 1–3 Years in BPO (As a Team Leader)
