Role & Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

* Generate leads and fix appointments for the Relationship/Wealth Management team.

* Introduce financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Demat & Trading Accounts, Bonds, PMS, AIF and other investment solutions.

* Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain the lead pipeline.

* Understand basic client requirements and route qualified leads to the appropriate Relationship Manager.

* Maintain daily calling, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/Excel.

* Support promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.

* Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
