About the Role

Pneumatic Power Tools & Co. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Operations Executive to strengthen our production planning, operational coordination, and ERP-driven manufacturing processes.This position will play a key role in coordinating production planning, material requirements, inventory, work-in-progress (WIP), and order execution, while taking primary operational ownership of our ERP system.

We are looking for someone who does more than enter data. The successful candidate should take ownership of the process, follow up across departments, identify gaps, and ensure that ERP provides management with an accurate and timely picture of our manufacturing operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ControlPrepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Convert customer orders and internal requirements into production schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to monitor order progress and completion.
- Track planned vs. actual production and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Prioritize production based on customer delivery requirements and management priorities.
- Maintain visibility of pending orders and expected completion dates.
- ERP OwnershipTake operational ownership of the company's ERP system for production and related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions across Production, Stores, Purchase, Inventory and related functions.
- Maintain and monitor production orders, work orders, BOMs, material requirements, inventory movements,



WIP and finished goods.
- Ensure ERP data accurately reflects actual factory operations.
- Identify missing or incorrect transactions and coordinate corrective action with the responsible departments.
- Improve ERP utilization and reduce dependency on manual/offline Excel tracking.
- Assist in developing ERP procedures, workflows, reports and controls.
- Coordinate with ERP/software providers when system improvements or modifications are required.
- Support and train employees in proper ERP usage.
- Material Planning & InventoryReview BOMs and determine material requirements for planned production.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores to ensure materials are available before production.
- Monitor material shortages and follow up on critical purchase requirements.
- Track raw materials, components, WIP and finished goods inventory.
- Support physical stock verification and ERP inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

Work closely with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Accounts to ensure smooth execution of customer orders from order confirmation through production and dispatch.

Act as a central coordination point for operational information and proactively escalate:

- Production delays




- Material shortages
- Capacity constraints
- Inventory discrepancies
- ERP data issues
- Quality/rework delays
- Orders at risk of missing committed delivery dates

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare regular management reports and dashboards covering:

- Production Plan vs. Actual
- Pending Production Orders
- Order Status & Delivery Commitments
- Material Shortages
- Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Inventory Status
- Production Bottlenecks
- Delayed Orders
- Purchase Requirements
- Rejection & Rework
- Finished Goods Awaiting Dispatch
- ERP Transaction Compliance

The Executive will be expected to identify exceptions and operational risks proactively, rather than waiting for management to identify problems.

- Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, ERP, inventory management, or supply-chain coordination preferred.
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP system is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of BOMs, production orders, inventory, material planning and manufacturing workflows.
- Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing company will be an advantage.
