Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding

? Location: Pan India

? Experience: 1 Year

⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days Working)

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Industry: QSR / Retail / Hospitality

We are looking for an HR skilled with strong experience in *bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment*.

*Role Split:*

? 70% Recruitment (bulk hiring, walk-ins, sourcing, closures)

? 30% Onboarding & HR Operations

*Key Responsibilities:*

✔ End-to-end recruitment for frontline roles

✔ Manage bulk hiring drives across locations

✔ Coordinate interviews & close positions within timelines

✔ Handle onboarding, documentation & induction

✔ Maintain recruitment MIS & reports

*Eligibility:*

? Graduate with HR experience / MBA / Diploma in HR

✔ 1 year of relevant experience

✔ Experience in high-volume hiring (QSR preferred)
