Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete HR operations and day-to-day employee-related activities.
- Handle recruitment, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing and payroll-related activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct performance management, appraisals, and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.




- Manage employee engagement, training, and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

QualificationMBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Preferred CandidateExperience in manufacturing/industrial organization will be an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance.
- Ability to independently manage the HR function and HR team.
