Bold Blends Coffee is looking for a reliable and hardworking Packaging Boy to support our coffee packaging and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack coffee products as per the required quantity, packaging format and production instructions.
- Operate and assist with basic packaging machines and equipment.
- Weigh products accurately before and during packing.
- Check pouches, jars, labels, cartons and other packaging materials for quality.
- Ensure correct labelling, batch details, MRP and other required information.
- Seal, pack and arrange finished products properly in cartons.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area.
- Handle raw materials and packaging materials carefully.
- Maintain proper count of packed goods and packaging materials.
- Assist in loading and shifting finished goods when required.
- Follow daily production and packaging targets.
- Report damaged packaging, quantity mismatch or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
