Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, results-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Qualification:

- 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
- Convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
