HVAC TECHNICIAN – Operation & Maintenance (O&M;)We require an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in Pharmaceutical and GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operation and maintenance of Air-Cooled Ductable AC, Package AC, and Combi/Inbuilt AHU systems.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of associated Condensing Units, compressors, motors, blowers, control panels, sensors, and refrigeration systems.
- Execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance as per approved SOPs and maintenance schedules.
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of HVAC equipment.
- Identification and rectification of electrical, mechanical,



refrigeration, and control-related faults.
- Maintaining GMP, cGMP, EHS, safety, and documentation requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Preparation and maintenance of service reports, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists, and equipment history.
- Coordination with client engineering, production, QA, and EHS teams for smooth HVAC operations.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical HVAC systems, GMP environments, Ductable AC, Package AC, AHU, and Condensing Units will be preferred.
